A spacious stone farm cottage, hidden amongst Carmarthenshire’s rolling hills - sought out by people needing a place to retreat to away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A Cosy log burner finishes off the tastefully modernised barn, fully supporting guests with disabilities. The Hayloft is minutes from the Botanical Garden Wales, close to the Brecon Beacons and perfectly located for access to the Gower and Pembrokeshire beaches, castles, forests and lakes. We love Well behaved dogs!

Beautifully furnished with bespoke furniture and paintings ... guests describe as the place with 'soul' they've been longing for!
Guest access
The property is private and sits on a smallholding in a secluded rural setting. The Hayloft has been specially adapted to help facilitate people with disability needs - handrails in large spacious wet room bathroom and wide doorways to help with wheelchair access. No steps throughout the property.

We love helping to promote visits to attractions and bespoke experiences in the area so please let us know if there are specific interests you have! The National Botanical Garden of Wales is only 4 miles from the farm and the property backs on to a beautiful 180 nature reserve Llyn Lech Owain.

What a stay in the Hayloft includes
The lounge features the most slouchy sofa ever, a log burner with a stash of ash wood from the land, double doors out to the patio, a pile of games, a TV, boardgames, a diverse selection of books and a lovely vibe. Features step-free access.

The garden bedroom can be set up as a double, or a triple (double + single bed). It features original stonework and double doors out to a private patio with a table and chairs. Features step-free access.

Up the stairs you will find the loft room which can be set up as a double or a triple bedroom (double + single). It features original stonework, artwork, and wooden beams.
Rebekah's Loft
The garden features a very large patio area, wood store, picnic table, smaller table for 2, herb garden, fire pit, and a lawn. It its fenced off from the field for security, and privacy. Features step-free access.

The kitchen comes with a high-standard fan oven, butler sink, dishwasher, fridge and there is a freezer under the stairs. There is old Welsh farmhouse table with chairs and a bench and a door takes you out to the patio with a fire pit and great views of the land. Features step-free access.

The Hayloft is dog friendly, ready to welcome well-behaved and adventurous canines. Great dog-friendly walks from the door will exercise your dog whilst given you views of the surrounding Welsh hills.

We can provide you with free range eggs straight from our flock and if you let us know we can help you order a box ox fresh organic veg from a local producer.
In addition, we have a fantastic local farm shop 3 miles from the door that sells quality fresh meets, treats, welsh beer, and veg.
